* Opening subject to weather conditions. The pool is approximately 700m away, with free transport available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We accept cancellations with full refunds, provided they are requested at least 3 days before the check-in date.

After this deadline, particularly for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged. For no-shows, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Alternatively, you can request to reschedule your reservation, also with a minimum of 3 days’ notice.

Rescheduling is always subject to availability. During the months of April to September, due to high demand, rescheduling may not be guaranteed.
