Rescheduling and Flexible Cancellation

We offer flexible cancellation for all bookings. By requesting and selecting the Flex rate, you can cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund.

We do not offer cancellations. However, it is possible to reschedule your reservation with a minimum of 3 days’ notice.

Rescheduling will always be subject to availability. During the months of April to September, due to high demand, rescheduling may not be guaranteed.

For longer stays with monthly payments, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation or changes without charge.
